Paying Attention to my emotions and sharing the same with others
Why do you have to pretend that you are alright while inside you there is a tsunami of worries and anxiety? When we are under stress; we definitely have emotional moments and these emotions need to be safely released.
I pen-down my emotions at the end of the day as it helps me release the emotional tension instead of bottling it up every day and finally breaking down at some point. In addition, social support is of utmost importance. Instead of hiding my emotions I talk to my husband and he is always caring and supportive, which is kind of the best stress reliever you could possible have.

Using CBD Oil
Whenever I am under acute stress Cannabidiol or CBD Oil comes to my rescue. CBD Oil helps soothe any degree of headache and relieves stress by promoting the release of dopamine in the brain which is the body’s way of rewarding itself. This ultimately increases positivity and helps me take on the everyday challenges more effectively and energetically.
Besides that CBD Oil is a very good anti-depressant too and thus acts great as a preventive measure for emotional collapse. CBD Oil has become a major part of my lifestyle.

Not giving up on my hobbies
Personally, I like painting. Since my school days I have been in love with painting and it helps me a lot in gaining vital me-time. Painting takes my mind away from the stress of everyday life and boosts up my spirit. I do though find a little time everyday to paint.
So instead of ditching your hobbies; find time for them. Even a brief period of pursuing your hobby can help control your emotions.

Involving myself in regular exercise
I involve myself in exercise at least 5 days a week. Exercise helps our body create those stress-reducing and feel-good hormones, endorphins, which helps our mind to recover from stress.
So even 30 minutes of exercise a day can go a long way in ensuring health and positivity.

Watching what I am eating
It is very easy to take on sugary and processed foods when you are under stress. But you must know that these foods are one of the culprits behind mental stress.
I follow a diet with a good amount of protein, to give my body the needed amino acids, and healthy carbohydrates. Remember a healthy brain lives in a healthy body.
I am sure that there are so many other things that you can do to help deal with the day to day stress, but these work for me and I hope they work for you too.
