Are You One Of These Sizes? 3 Signs You’re Wearing The Wrong Bra Size
There is probably nothing as terrifying for a woman than having to go shopping for new jeans or new bras. Just the thought alone of having to try on about 100 different styles in a desperate hope to find one that actually fits properly is enough to change a shrinking violet into a raving lunatic.
So how do you know if you are wearing the wrong bra? Although it seems like an innocent enough question, you would be surprised how many women are wearing a bra that is the wrong size.
1. The comfort factor. As women, we often sacrifice comfort for style; shoes that pinch, underwear that ride up and bras that bind, constrict or stab due to faulty underwires. If the straps of your bra leave marks, it is too tight and does not fit. If the back band of your bra makes you feel like you can not take a deep breath, again, it does not fit. When you bend over and feel like you have been stabbed in the under boob, it definitely does not it. A bra should be comfortable and not feel constricting in any way.

If the cups of your bra are not the right size, you have spillage. Simply put, it is too small. You need to buy one that is the correct size. All bras as not made the same even if they claim to be the same size.
3. The droopy or wrinkled cup. When you put on your bra, the cup should be smooth. Although being professional fitted for a bra is right up there on the embarrassment scale of when you had to change for PE, but it is imperative.
With this said, it is time to bite the bullet and go bra shopping. Get fitted and find the bras that actually fit your body. On a positive note, if you are fortunate enough to find four or five bras that fit, you won’t need to go back until next year!
