In what can only be described as a heartbreaking descent from heaven into hell, this video shows the story of a little girl named Nevaeh who was allegedly restrained by a papoose during a routine dental procedure and then chemically suffocated to the point of having seizures. She suffered irreversible brain damage and the family is looking for justice from a Dentist who had already been reprimanded and fined previous to this horrible event.
