No, he didn’t steal her wedding rings off of her fragile fingers. He didn’t rape her while no one watched (or so he thought). No, he chose to do something profound and touching- just for this patient who seemingly didn’t even know he was in the room.

He sang for her. Joshua Woodard sang the faithful hymn, “How Great Thou Art” in a rich baritone voice. He sang with feeling and passion. Still, the lady never responded at all.
