Ingredients and Materials Needed
1 tall, wide-mouthed green or amber glass jar
Ceylon cinnamon sticks
Pack cinnamon sticks inside the glass jar
Pour olive oil over sticks, covering the tops
Place an air-tight lid on the glass jar
Keep in a warm area for at least 3 weeks
Try to shake your jar each day
Pull out the cinnamon sticks, wiping off oil and keeping in the jar
Strain the oil through a piece of cheesecloth or similar material
Place the oil in an air-tight amber bottle
Store in a cool, dry area
Other useful ways to use your oil is by placing a 10-15 drops of oil in a tub of warm water to help relieve symptoms of urinary tract infections.
